29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Courthouse Roof - An employee 15 feet high applied coating to the roof and was not wearing a personal fall arrest system to prevent him from sliding to a walking/working platform on the edge of the rooof, observed on or about 7-23-12. Abatement certification required.
