29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. A) D. A. Nolt, Inc., on or about August 26, 2021, at the address of 930 North Street, Meadville, Pa: Employees were not utilizing any type of fall protection system while working on the low sloped roof. Employees were exposed to falls of at least a 9 feet during drainage installation on the canopy roof of the structure. B) D. A. Nolt, Inc., on or about August 26, 2021, at the address of 930 North Street, Meadville, Pa: Employees were not utilizing any type of fall protection while working on the low sloped roof. Employees were exposed to falls of at least 20 feet during roofing operations atop the structure of the building.
