29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(8)(ii)(F): Upon being lowered, unwrapped material was not transferred to a closed receptacle in such a manner as to preclude the dispersion of dust: (a) Monroe Boces building 10 - On or about 7/17/12, ACM was found on the ground at the base of building 10 following abatement work that was performed the night before. The ACM was found to be 1% to 22% chrysotile asbestos. The ACM was not transferred to a closed receptacle to preclude the dispersion of dust. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
