29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) At the project site on or about July 23, 2012, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Employee was mixing and applying Custom Blend Standard Thin Set Mortar onto the exterior walls. The msds stated, In case of contact, hold eyelids apart and immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) (a) At the project site on or about July 23, 2012, and at times prior thereto, there were no material safety data sheets for Custom Blend Standard Thin Set Mortar. Employee mixed the mortar with water and applied mortar onto the front exterior walls.
