29 CFR 1926.1126(d)(1): The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): (a) The employer did not perform air monitoring to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average of hexavalent chromium for the blasters, that were exposed at 8.09 micrograms per cubic meter of air, as revealed by representative air monitoring conducted by OSHA on September 10, 2012. (b) The employer did not perform air monitoring to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average of hexavalent chromium for the vacuumers, that were exposed at 52.5 micrograms per cubic meter of air, as revealed by representative air monitoring conducted by OSHA on September 10, 2012.
