29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a) National Park Service Lassen Volcanic National Park Bldg. 39 - On or about June 20, 2012 and at times prior thereto, a room designated as a "Print RM" on the evacuation map and two offices were not marked as "Not an Exit" or identified by a sign indicating their actual use. The doors could have been mistaken as leading to designated exit route doors in case of emergency.
