29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): a) National Park Service Lassen Volcanic National Park - Discovery Center Bldg.41 - On or about June 20, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the door at the bottom of the stairway along the designated exit path was not marked as "Not an Exit" or with a sign indicating it's use. The door opens to another hallway and room(s) that are not part of the exit route and do not contain an exit door.
