29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws in areas listed but not limited to: a) On, or at dates prior to, July 19, 2012, at 4500 W. Kearney St., Springfield, MO, employees of Tank Component Industries were exposed to contact with electrical current hazards and amputation hazards from exposed conductors in a flexible cord which had broken free of its connection to a light curtain on a press brake.
