(a) Front side roof located at 736 Park Manor Drive, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee using Pneumatic Hitachi (Model 83A) Framing Stick Nail Gun was not protected from eye injuries while installing 1/2" OSB Plywood on the roof deck.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: (a) Front side of roof located at 7336 Park Manor Drive, Smyrna GA 30080: Employees installing 1/2" OSB plywood on a 10/12 pitched roof with an eave height of approximately 17'8" were not provided with a fall protection system. Ramiro Perez Construction, was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 3146423007, Citation #1, Item #1, issued on 09/27/2011 with respect to a work place located at 5882 Wendy Bagwell Parkway, Hirama, GA 30141 and became a final order on 10/07/2011.
