Jasper Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) or its equivalent which was contained in OSHA inspection 313722787, Citation 1, Item 1, issued January 31, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 713 Valley View Road, Woodland Park, CO 80863.  This citation became final on February 24, 2012.    Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
