29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(10):  The employer did not ensure that, in all cases, the required information was provided for each hazardous chemical, and was readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s):    Murray & Stafford Inc, at 5920 Longbow Drive, Boulder, CO: On or about 7/1/12 Murray & Stafford Inc did not ensure that, in all cases, the required information was provided for each hazardous chemical, and was readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  Murray & Stafford Inc directed the work of Powers Products Company at the Covidien facility.  Employees of Powers Products Company applied Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Additive Free 2K Acrylic" and "Clear Weatherseal Cure" to the Kalwall of Building 4 on 7/1/12.  The MSDS's for Camger Coatings Systems Inc "Clear Additive Free 2K Acrylic" and "Clear Xylene QD Enamel Reducer" were incomplete.  This condition potentially exposed an employee of Murray & Stafford Inc to a chemical hazard.
