29 CFR 1910.95(i)(2)(i) The employer did not ensure that hearing protectors are worn by employees who are required by paragraph (b)(1) of this section to wear personal protective equipment. On August 10, 2012, punch press operators were found to be exposed to noise levels exceeding those listed in Table G-16 of the Occupational Noise Exposure Standard and the employer did not ensure hearing protection was worn by those employees.
