29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a)Miguel Zambrano Construction at 7033 Bellwood Ln., Fort Collins, CO 80525: On August 4, 2012 the employees were not protected from injury, in that employees engaged in construction operations on a roof with a 6 in 12 pitch without the use of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 20 feet. Miguel Zambrano Construction was previously cited for a violation of is occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313417271, citation number 1, item 2, issued March 10, 2010 and became a final order on April 27, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 440 Cable St., Lochbuie, CO 80603.
