29 CFR 1926.600(a)(3)(i): Bulldozer and scraper blades, end-loader buckets, dump bodies, and similar equipment, were not either fully lowered or blocked when being repaired or when not in use: (a) Near the center of the project on or about August 10, 2012, and at times prior thereto, the rear bucket was not lowered to the ground and the pin was not in place to secure the rear bucket on a Caterpillar backhoe that was parked on an incline on a grassy hill. The backhoe was used about one week earlier to clear brush and soil.
