29 CFR 1926.200(g)(2): All traffic control signs or devices used for protection of construction workers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (AMUTCD"), 1988 Edition, Revision 3, September 3, 1993, FHWA-SA-94-027 or Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millennium Edition, December 2000, FHWA, which were incorporated by reference: Northbound and southbound on Pale Arnold Road: On or about August 20, 2012, and at times prior thereto, there were no End Road Work signs as required under Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Millennium Edition, December 2000, Figure6H-6. Shoulder Work with Minor Encroachment (TA-6). GPPC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.200(G)(2) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 315053645, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON SEPTEMBER 29, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT THE WATERLINE ISOLATION PROJECT, AS GONNO VILLAGE, SAIPAN, MP 96950.
