THE GARCES CONTRACTORS LLC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.652(E)(2)(I), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 191358, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 4 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 11, 2012, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 11928 S PERRY AVE., CHICAGO, IL 60651.    THE GARCES CONTRACTORS LLC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.652(G)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 77192, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 3B AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 20, 2011, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1832 WEST 21ST STREET, CHICAGO, IL 60608.
