29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor  did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.    The employer does not protect employees from falling when working 6 feet or more above lower levels.  This violation was observed on or about August 28, 2012 on the roof of a newly built detachable garage where employees were exposed to a 11 foot fall hazard when performing roofing work without a fall protection system.     SKYLINE ROOFING WAS PREVIOULY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR EQUIVALENT 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312926827, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 001, ISSUED ON 4/7/2011, AND AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER DATE ON 4/28/2011, RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT DICKINSON, TEXAS.     SKYLINE ROOFING WAS PREVIOULY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR EQUIVALENT 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313890444, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 001, ISSUED ON 12/28/2009, AND AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER DATE ON 1/23/2010, RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT HOUSTON, TEXAS.
