29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or a warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system:    (a) At the site located at 19019 Gulf Freeway, in Webster, Texas, on or about 01/28/2013 - Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet while performing roofing work.
