29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: a) On or about 09/27/12, at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica. NY Employees working on a flat roof were exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 70 feet to the ground. There were some area missing railing systems. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.

Initial monitoring was not performed. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
