A device such as a panic bar that locks only from outside is permitted on exit discharge doors: a) On or about 08/28/12, at the establishment of 69-66 78th Street. Middle Village, NY An exit door next to a driveway in the warehouse was locked with two metal bars. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
