Baltimore Ave, Derby, KS, employee(s) working from a 14 feet tall scaffold were exposed to falls in that nine of the foot plates (eight scaffold sections--on the side furthest from the building) were resting over the edge of the 3 inch, slope-faced curb, creating a potential tip over hazard.

29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: At 701 N. Baltimore Ave, Derby, KS, the employer failed to ensure that scaffolding was properly braced, in that the 13 sections of scaffolding were missing cross bracing in 26 areas (13 sections on the top, inside level; 11 sections on the bottom, inside level; 2 on the bottom, outside level), exposing employee(s) to a 14 feet fall to the concrete below.
