29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: a) J. M. Kuneman Construction, 809 French St, Erie, PA- On or about August 20, 2012, employees utilizing wet concrete, in the process of building a masonry wall, were not wearing safety glasses to protect from the concrete mix splashing into their eyes. Components of the concrete mix were caustic and could cause burns and/or irritation.
