Employees were performing work operations that included that included loading materials onto a rough terrain forklift. East side of the structures top platform  B) J.M Kuneman Construction, Inc., on or about April 06, 2022 at the address of 615 State Street, Erie, PA: Employees traveling on the East side of the scaffolding roughly 24 feet above the ground were exposed to unprotected sides of the scaffolding. Total standard guardrails were not present to prevent employees from fall off the east side of the structure on the fourth buck of the scaffolding at the landing platform, roughly 24 feet to the ground.    B) J.M Kuneman Construction, Inc., on or about April 06, 2022 at the address of 615 State Street, Erie, PA: Employees were exposed to falls on the East side of the structure to the right of the landing platform. The top rail on the east side of the structure was not present, exposing employees to potential falls of 24 feet.
