29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures: a) Service Center, Machine Shop 1, and Machine Shop 2- The employer failed to ensure all enclosures and cutout boxes, boxes and fittings in damp or wet locations, such as the wiring area for the Transfer Cars, were installed to prevent moisture and water from entering and accumulating. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
