29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.: a) Log prep area: A compressed air gun at the planer station that is used for cleaning purposes had a pressure of approximately 120 psi exposing workers to potential injury, on or about 31 August, 2012. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED OAK HILL VENEER INCORPORATED WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOALTION OF THIS SAME OCCUPATION SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVELENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.242(B), WHICH WAS CONTAINED OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314164146, CITATION NUMER 1, ITEM NUMER 8, ISSUED ON 8/24/11. THE CITATION WAS ABATED ON 10/10/2011 AND BECAME A FINAL ORDER ON 9/21/11.
