29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about September 7, 2012 the employer did not protect employees from working near or contacting a 208 volt underground electric power circuit that fed driveway lights at 3991 Medina Road Akron, Ohio, by deenergizing the circuit or effectively guarding it by other means.
