29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Carpentry Solutions, Inc. at 2601 High Street, Denver, CO 80210: On 9/20/12, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employee was working on the form wall bolting 2 by 6 and hanging hangars without fall protection. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(6): Each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. : (a) Carpentry Solutions, Inc. at 2601 High Street, Denver, CO 80210: On 9/20/12: On 9/20/12, the exposing employer did not ensure that each employee on ramps, runways, and other walkways was protected from falling 6 feet (1.8 m) or more to lower levels by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Employees used planks placed on the dirt to access the single family units. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
