29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(16):Portable ladder(s) with structural defects, such as, but not limited to, broken or missing rungs, cleats, or steps, broken or split rails, corroded components, or other faulty or defective components, were not either immediately tagged "do not use" and removed from service. On or about 6098 Plana Cays Drive, Lot #763, Isles of Collier, Naples, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using an extension ladder with damaged anti slip safety shoes.
