The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Harrison Street, Denver, CO 80206:  On and before September 20, 2012, three employees were observed working on the side and back roofs of the fire department building without adequate fall protection measures in place.  Employees were not wearing any fall protection and those employees who were wearing fall protection did not adjust the life lines appropriately to prevent free fall without touching the ground.  These hazards point to a lack of training and exposed employees to fall hazards of 8 feet or more.
