29 CFR 1910.1026(i)(4)(i):  Employees were allowed to consume food or beverages at a worksite where chromium (VI) was present; however, the employer did not ensure that the eating and drinking areas were maintained as free as practicable of chromium (VI):      a) On or about 10/29/2012, the employer did not ensure the Brown Bag break room table located in Hangar 137 was free of chromium VI.      b) On or about 11/07/2012, the employer did not ensure the following locations were free of chromium:      1)  Paint Barn Break Room Microwave - 0.1296 ug (micrograms)     2)  Paint Barn 1st Break Room Table - 0.0732 ug     3)  Paint Barn 3rd Break Room Table - 0.0131 ug     4)  Paint Barn hallway water fountain located outside break room - 0.3416 ug     Notice Citation 01, Item 012, 29 CFR 1910.1026 (i) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b):  The employer did not ensure areas used to allow the consumption of food and drinks were as free as practicable of Chromium VI.  The employer was cited for a violation of the same standard on 07/15/2012, Inspection # 315492215, 08/10/2011 of final order/settlement, and was abated by implement a comprehensive cleaning schedule for Chromium VI.      ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
