29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: Fleet Readiness Center: Flexible cord protective cover supplying power to a Fused Disconnect Pump 480 Volt, 30 Amp, 3 Phase, 60HZ was damaged exposing employees to live wires. Strain relief was pulled away from the terminal connection.
