29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:    a. On or about October 1, 2012, an employee was using a Makite 1 1/4 handsaw to cut framing pieces and did not have safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by flying debris.     b. On or about October 1, 2012, an employee was using a Hitachi NR83A2 pneumatic air nail gun to nail framing pieces and did not have safety glasses, exposing himself to being hit by nails or flying debris.
