29 CFR 1910.1025(l)(1)(i): The employer, who has a workplace in which there is a potential exposure to airborne lead at any level, did not inform employees of the content of Appendices A and B of this regulation. On October 4, 2012, employees were found to be using lead soldering wire to while working in the Bulging Capacitor Area and had not been informed of the 29 CFR 1910.1025 General Industry, Lead Standard, appendices A and B.
