No. 10A-1970: a) Jobsite, Public Works Facility - Plum Municipal Center-Phase 1, Renton Road, Plum, PA: On or before 10/10/12, a Kiddie portable fire extinguisher located at the diesel fuel truck and used to refuel heavy equipment at the jobsite was not inspected on a periodic basis.
