29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): The employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. Safety of equipment shall be determined on the basis of the following considerations: a) Northwest Savings Bank construction site, 219 2nd Street in Warren, PA. On or about October 10, 2012, the electrical outlet box, used for temporary power, was damaged due to weather exposure and movement around the jobsite.
