29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section:    (a) Intersection of Main and Sycamore Sts Worcester, MA: On or about October 22, 2012, an employee was observed working in an excavation greater than 10 feet deep without any cave-in protection as required by this subpart:    Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1).    Borges Construction, Inc  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational health and safety standard, 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 310629068 which became final order on February 14, 2009 with respect to a violation at 28 Beyer St in Easthampton, MA.
