29 CFR  1926.651(c)(2): A stairway, ladder, ramp or other safe means of egress was not  located in trench excavations that are 4 feet (1.22 m) or more in depth so as to require no more than 25 feet (7.62 m) of lateral travel for employees:  Dan Fox Rd (F/O entrance to Bousquet Sport)., Pittsfield, MA: On or about August 20 2021, employees were observed working in a protective system with no safe means of egress.  Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).

Dan Fox Rd (F/O entrance to Bousquet Sport)., Pittsfield, MA: On or about August 13, 2021, an employee was observed working in an excavation without any protective system.  b. Dan Fox Rd (F/O entrance to Bousquet Sport )., Pittsfield, MA: On or about August 20, 2021, an employee was observed working in an excavation without any protective system.   Specific abatement documentation that this violation has been corrected must be provided within 10 days of the abatement in accordance with 29CFR1903.19(d)(1).
