29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about October 31, 2012, at the construction site located at 3320 Springhill Drive in North Little Rock, Arkansas, the employer did not ensure employees working more than 6 feet above a lower level used fall protection, exposing employees to the hazard of falling 12.5 feet to the ground below.
