29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Instance a) At 3901 Tyson Ln., Tampa, FL. - employees were exposed two a 17-foot fall hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced while installing singles from a 6 in 12 pitched roof. Violation observed on or about October 30, 2012. Instance b) At 3801 Wallace, Tampa, Fl. - employees were exposed two a 17-foot fall hazard, in that, the use of fall protection was not enforced while removing shingles from a 6 in 12 pitched roof. Violation observed on or about October 30, 2012.
