29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Woodruff & Sons/1052 N. 50th St., Tampa - employees in the process of roofing activities on a 5 in 12 slope (vertical to horizontal) roof, were exposed to fall hazards up to 11'9", in that, fall protection equipment was not installed or utilized, observed on or about 05/31/2017. Certified Roofers and General Contractors, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 71758, citation number1, item number1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/28/13, with respect to a workplace located at 3901 Tyson Lane and 3801 Wallace Avenue in Tampa, Fl.
