29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2):     The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe condition and the regulation applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard or other exposure to illness or injury    (a)  Sundance Yachts and Marina dock:  On or about November 8, 2012 and times prior thereto,  employees were removing their personal flotation devices while still on the dock.  The employer needs to instruct employees to keep protective gear on until off the worksite.    (b)  Sundance Yachts and Marina dock:  On or about November 8, 2012 and times prior thereto, employees had been using chainsaws without wearing protectice clothing on there legs.   The employer needs to instruct employees to wear protective clothing when using chainsaws.
