Supplied Air System- On or about November 16, 2012, the SAS brand supplied air system, used to supply air to a supplied air respirator for an employee in the Spray Booth, was attached to an exterior wall of the booth where propane-fueled fork-trucks travel throughout the day. The spray finishing employee was potentially exposed to carbon monoxide emitted from the exhaust of the propane fueled fork trucks. The employer required employees to wear supplied air respirators during spray finishing operations.
