STEVE FISCHER CONSTRUCTION LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED ON OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312560386 (86297), CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 01a, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON 04/11/11, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT EVERGREEN DRIVE; APPLETON, WISCONSIN 54914.
