29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of �1926.502(k) developed and implemented. (a) 1701 TAXVILLE ROAD, YORK, PA 17408 - The employer did not provide fall protection for employee(s) performing roofing work, thereby exposing employee(s) to an approximate sixteen (16) to twenty-five (25) foot fall to the ground below, on or about August 22, 2012. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
