29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) 921 Eighth Street Reading, PA - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on a 2 in 12 to a 6 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 11 feet to the ground below, on or about December 17, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required. All Brothers Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 765821, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 4, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 1701 Taxville Road, York, PA 17408.
