29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof:  a) 1358 Newport Avenue, Northampton, PA, Worksite - on or about March 26, 2016, employees were operating pneumatically powered nail guns which were supplied their air pressure from a running internal combustion engine powered air compressor, but the employer did not provide a fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, for the entire worksite.

All Brothers Contracting, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068585, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/09/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1887 Schadt Avenue, Whitehall, PA 18052.

All Brothers Contracting, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1065524, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 78 Cheltenham Drive, Reading, PA 19610.   All Brothers Contracting, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1068585, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/09/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1887 Schadt Avenue, Whitehall, PA 18052.
