Momentive Performance Materials was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.119(j)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313763666, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on August 24, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 260 Hudson River Rd. Waterford, NY 12188.

Waterford, NY 12188.
