29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) New addition to Russell's Steaks, Chops, & More, two (2) employees observed working in a JLG Aerial Lift without proper fall protection being used by either employee, the employees were both wearing harnesses without any lanyards and were exposd to falls of approximately forty (40) feet to the blacktop parking lot below. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
