NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: a) On or about 12/12/19 at a residential project located at 3614 Delilah Lane, Hamburg; employees were installing siding on the side of a new house. Employees were accessing the ladder jack scaffold with an extension ladder. The side rails of the ladder did not extend 3 feet above the landing surface. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
