SALAZAR ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR VIOLATIONS OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501 (b) (1) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314934555, CITATION 1, ITEM 02, ISSUED ON OCTOBER 17, 2011 FOR THE WORKSITE LOCATED AT 801 NORTH PETERS, NORMAN, OK 73069. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about November 28, 2012, and at times prior there to, employees of a subcontractor, were observed on the north side of the roof of a residential dwelling without fall protection. The employees were exposed to a fall of greater than 6 feet to the ground below.
